Doctors to write in proper handwriting or typed form while prescribing medicines, writing medico-legal reports: Orissa High Court [Read Order]

The Orissa High Court has directed all the doctors of the State to write the post-mortem report and prescription in capital letter or in legible handwriting. The direction was passed after noting that medico-legal reports were being written by doctors in bad handwriting, which makes it difficult for the judicial system to record evidence.
